Magnetic Knife Strip: Cocobolo 18" Model A

Cocobolo (Dalbergia Retusa) is an exotic hardwood from Central America. The natural colors of cocobolo are prismic, with the heartwood ranging from purple to yellow and the streaks coming in purple, brown, or black. When working with this wood, it can give of a spiced fragrance. These knife racks are made by our friend Steve Preeg in Murietta, CA. Please Keep in mind that these are natural materials and although Steve works them to near perfection, natural materials have inclusions, blemishes, etc.
