Description

Ikazuchi is a JKI original series.  The blue super and white #1 versions have stainless cladding on carbon steel, but this series is totally stainless- a solid piece (zen-ko) construction of AUS8.  These knives are on the thin side, but thanks to the steel type and heat treatment, are on the more durable side of the knives that we carry.  We have 3 handle options for this knife- Bamboo, Olive Wood, and Tagayasan (Wenge).  The handles are one-piece handles, made in Japan.  These knives do not come with a saya.
