  • The Ikazuchi series is a JKI original line. We have made an extremely thin stainless clad knife with a blue super, or aogami super, core. Aogami super is known for having excellent edge retention, and this is no exception. And, as thin as these grinds are, this knife will easily move through tall, dense, and harder food items, like potatoes, celery root, and carrots, with great ease. They come with ho wood octagon handles and ho wood sayas.
