During the Holidays, shipping can be a bit confusing, and delays happen from time to time. Sadly, we can not guarantee shipping times during this season, but here is a guide the ensure we can do the best possible job at getting you your packages on time.
For our regular shipping and free shipping, we ship via USPS Priority. The last day that you can order and the USPS says they will be able to deliver by Christmas is December 20th. Our cutoff time is 2pm on December 20th, 2016 for these types of shipments.
For orders shipping via USPS Express, the last day you can order and have the package arrive in time is December 22nd. However, we recommend ordering by the 21st, as, in our experience, there tend to be a number of issues causing package delays when shipping on the last day the USPS says that can ship for Christmas.
Orders shipping via FedEx will need to be ordered by the 21st at 2pm, as we are closed on the 22nd, and FedEx says packages shipped on the 23rd may not arrive until the 28th.
Orders shipping via DHL may not have as accurate of shipping times, as customs clearance is often delayed during the holidays. If you are located outside of the US, please order well in advance of Christmas, as that will give us the best chance of having your package delivered in time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope you have a wonderful Holiday season.
