  • Our Gesshin Uraku line represents a great value in kitchen cutlery.  Not too thin, but not thick either.  Not too hard or soft.  These knives are suitable for both professional and home cooks alike.  The white #2 steel is easy to sharpen and takes a great edge.  They come with very nice ho wood octagonal handles.

     

    As these knives are carbon steel, they will need to be cared for as such.  You can read more in our about knife care section.  Carbon steel can rust if not cared for properly, so please make sure to clean and dry your knife after using.
