Gesshin Ittetsu 270mm Fushuko Hon-Kasumi Yanagiba

This Gesshin Ittetsu 270mm Fushuko Hon-Kasumi Yanagiba comes with a ho wood octagonal handle and matching saya. These are a stainless steel, but have excellent edge retention and perform at a level I would put on par with all but the most high end single bevel knives. In fact, they are the closest to using carbon steel without being carbon steel of any stainless single bevel knives i have ever tried. We have been trying to find a higher end stainless single bevel series like this for a long time...here it is.
