These JKI Hoodies were designed by Sumiko Pogue and feature calligraphy by Hiroko Yamai. The front design shows the various Japanese-style cuts of the animals, with part names written in both Japanese and English. The back of the hoodie says "Los Angeles Specialty Kitchen Knife Store" in Japanese. They're made from 100% cotton. These hoodies are a heavier weight than our previous line and are great for those chilly mornings or bonfire evenings when you need something extra to keep warm.
