This Gesshin Ittetsu 270mm Fushuko Hon-Kasumi Yanagiba comes with a ho wood octagonal handle and matching saya. These are a stainless steel, but have excellent edge retention and perform at a level I would put on par with all but the most high end single bevel knives.
