Zakuri 210mm Blue #2 Deba

  • The Zakuri 210mm Blue #2 Deba is a single bevel knife used for the fabrication and butchery of fish. The thickness and stoutness of the blade allows for clean processing of fish. The thickest of the single bevel knives, deba are used for everything from filleting to cutting through the rib, pin, and neck bones. The heat treatment on the blue #2 is tough and durable and the edge has great edge retention. The fit-and-finish on the Zakuri deba are a step above their double bevel counterparts with rounding on the spine and choil and a migaki finish.

    The branding/markings on the blade fluctuate between a stamped, debossed mark and a laser-etched mark. If you have questions about our current batch, feel free to reach out to us.
