Zakuri 150mm Blue #1 Kurouchi Wa-Petty

  • This Zakuri 150mm Blue #1 Kurouchi Wa-Petty is a double-beveled knife. The handle is made of ho wood and is octagon shaped with a buffalo horn ferrule. This knife is a very versatile size and shape for a petty knife. It can be used for everything from small in-hand tasks to larger tasks, such as trimming meat or breaking down chicken. The blue #1 steel takes a very good edge and holds it pretty well. This knife is carbon, so it can rust if not cared for properly. The kurouchi finish does help protect the knife from rust a little.
