  • Our Gesshin Uraku line represents a great value in kitchen cutlery. Not too thin, but not thick either. Not too hard or soft. These knives are suitable for both professional and home cooks alike. The white #2 steel is easy to sharpen and takes a great edge. They come with very nice ho wood octagonal handles. The handles on these knives come with either black, marble, or blonde buffalo horn. We cannot take specific requests, but feel free to check with us about what we have in stock.

As these knives are carbon steel, they will need to be cared for as such.  You can read more in our about knife care section.  Carbon steel can rust if not cared for properly, so please make sure to clean and dry your knife after use.
