As a way to keep our knife sharpening services available to our customers on a regular basis, we have decided to limit the number of major repairs or complicated sharpening jobs we will take on at any given time to 5. This will allow us to keep our sharpening service open and provide a quick turnaround for basic sharpening and more simple repairs.
With respect to our knife sharpening service, we thought it would be helpful to let people know roughly how busy our services were at any given moment. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the least busy (where same day sharpening is mostly possible) and 10 being 4+ weeks for most sharpening, here is where we stand currently:

Below is the major repair sharpening queue. You will be able to see where you are in line if you are waiting for a repair, as well as if there are any open spaces for new major repairs. For the purposes of this list, the term "sharpening job" refers to the sharpening and/or repair of one knife. We expect this type of sharpening job to take up to 3 months, though we may (and likely will) be able to complete jobs faster. We will provide you with an estimated turnaround time at the beginning of your project.
