Tsubaki (Camellia) Oil is used in Japan to oil knives before storing them. It helps prevent rust when storing carbon knives. Tsubaki oil does not go rancid and is food safe, making it a great choice for kitchen knives. This is a closed container with a cloth/felt applicator. Instead of spraying your knife and wiping off the excess oil, all you need to do is rub the applicator on your knife.
