Jumbo Benriner Mandoline

Benriner mandolines have become popular among both professional cooks and home cooks in recent years. They are smaller and lighter weight than many other mandolines, and yet outperform most of them. Mandolines are great for making consistent slices of fruits and vegetables. The blades on the Benriners are replaceable, so when they dull, you can just buy new blades instead of a new mandoline. The Jumbo Benriner is a larger size for larger foods and higher volume. The jumbo only does slices and does not have julianne blades.
