Suisin INOX Western 300mm Sujihiki

Suisin's INOX Western 300mm Sujihiki makes a great slicer for home cooks and professional cooks alike.  This length is great for slicing pretty much anything you might come across in your cooking- from fish to roasts. The added length over the 270mm one makes this especially nice for very large roasts and BBQ.  As with all Suisin knives, the fit and finish is spectacular.

The 300mm Sujihiki does not have the same tip style as the 240mm and 270mm... it is a more standard looking tip, as opposed to the more angluar one pictured.
