Suien VC 240mm Gyuto

Suien has been made famous in the knife community for offering great quality at a great value. They are most well known for their Suien VC Chinese Cleaver. This petty knife is made of the same steel as the cleaver. It is high carbon steel, so it can rust if not cared for properly. Suien aims for 62-63 hRC on these knives.
