Mitsuaki-T* Paper Knife- Green Rayon with Wooden Stand

These Paper Knives are designed, hand forged, sharpened, and finished by Mitsuaki Takada. We met Takada-san in Sakai, Osaka while visiting Japan this year. Takada-san takes great pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knives, steel, sharpening, and forging. He prides himself on his attention to detail. These paper knives are made of Swedish Stainless Steel hardened to about 58 hrc. They sharpen well and take a great edge. They can be used as letter openers, craft knives, or just general utility knives. Because each product is hand-made, they are all one-of-a-kind works. Stock is very limited.
