This is Hinoura-san's pride and joy... the brand under which he creates his most unique and amazing pieces. Its not uncommon for him to remake things a number of times until he is happy with them. Looking at these knives, it is immediately clear that a uniquely high level of craftsmanship and skill goes into every part of the knife's design, forging, sharpening, and finishing.
