Gesshin Ino 270mm Blue #2 Honyaki Wa-Gyuto with Ebony Handle

This Gesshin Ino 270mm Blue #2 Honyaki Wa-gyuto comes with an ebony octagonal handle and blonde buffalo horn and ho wood saya. Both sides of the knives are mirror polished and the hamon is clearly visible on both sides of the knife. This knife is on the thinner side for what I have seen from honyaki wa-gyutos. The profile and grind are very nice and the polish is spectacular. This knife was a custom order for us and we only have 1 in stock.
