Suisin's INOX Western 240mm Sujihiki makes a great slicer for home cooks and a great fillet knife and/or line knife for professional cooks.  Its a very nice size for cramped spaces or when you are just slicing single portions of things.  As with all Suisin knives, the fit and finish is spectacular.
