Monzaburo's Japanese Style Knives (紋三郎 和包丁)
Monzaburo’s Japanese style knives are made of White, Blue, or Silver steel. The steels each have different properties, and unique strengths and weaknesses.
The craftsmen specialize in their steels, and most of them are credentialed as traditional craftsman with many years of experience and great skills to make kitchen knives.

Monzaburo Western Style Knives (紋三郎 洋包丁)
Monzaburo produces western styled knives in a variety of steels including vg-10 among many others. In addition to the western handled knives, they also produce wa-handled western knives.
